what should I do with all of these green beans?
 

I have about 10 or so lbs of green beans that I left on the vine to long because we have had a lot of rain therefore I neglected to pick them on time. Because of all the rain they plumped up very fast, the beans are now to big and don't taste very good, they are very chewie and have big bean seeds inside. I would feel guilty throwing them away so my question??; what should I do with them?, I was thinking about putting them into the dehydrator and drying them out to get the beans out of the pods, but is this worth doing? Should I save them to replant next year?

Make a bunch of minestrone soup. Freeze it or can it for later.
